1. General

1. These terms set the rules for using the game Project: WIDMO in the browser and in the Windows and Android apps (the "Game").
2. The Game is provided by Marek Bodynek, contact: europbros@gmail.com ("we").
3. The Game is in development (a test version). It may contain bugs, and its content, rules and progress may change.
4. By starting the Game or creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. Optional cookies are used only with your consent.

2. Account

1. You can play without an account (demo mode). An account is needed for online play, saved progress, the shop, friends and the ranking.
2. You must be at least 16 to create an account; younger players need a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. An account is used by its owner only. Selling, sharing or taking over accounts is not allowed.
4. Nicknames and profile pictures must not be vulgar or offensive, incite hatred or impersonate others.
5. You can delete your account in the Game at any time (Profile, then Delete account). Deleting is permanent and removes your progress and purchases.

3. Rules of play

In particular, it is not allowed to:

• use cheats, bots, macros or programs that give an advantage or change how the Game works;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
• insult, harass or threaten others, or post racist, sexual or hateful content in chat or nicknames;
• deliberately spoil the game for your team, e.g. by throwing matches or blocking allies;
• attack the Game's servers, try to break in or overload them;
• file false reports against other players.

4. Moderation and bans

1. Players can report violations in the Game. We review reports at our own discretion.
2. For a violation we may warn a player, suspend or ban an account, or take back progress or items gained unfairly.
3. You can appeal a ban by writing to europbros@gmail.com within 14 days.
4. Profanity in chat is automatically replaced with asterisks.

5. In-game currencies and items

1. Credits are earned by playing. Gold can also be bought with real money in packs in the Shop, as set out in section 5a.
2. In-game currencies and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to others. They only give the right to use them in the Game.
3. We may change prices, items and how they work, taking care not to take away without reason what has already been bought.

5a. Gold, Widmo Premium and payments

1. Widmo Premium is a licence to use extra features of the Game (more experience and Credits from matches, no daily play limit, the Premium badge, full statistics) for the paid period. Premium gives no edge in combat.
2. The seller (Merchant of Record) is Paddle.com Market Limited. It takes the payment (card, PayPal, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout), charges and pays VAT, issues the receipt and handles refunds, on its own terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Prices shown in the Game include VAT.
3. A subscription (monthly or every 3 months) renews automatically for the next period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your Profile (Subscription); Premium then runs to the end of the paid period. You can switch plans at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
4. Lifetime Premium is a one-time payment with no renewals: a licence to the Premium features for as long as the Game is provided. Buying it during a running subscription cancels that subscription automatically.
5. A Gold pack is a one-time payment: the Gold reaches your account right after payment and can only be used for purchases in the Game (section 5, point 2 applies to it as well).
6. You can get a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, as set out in the Refund policy. Complaints and refund requests: Paddle (paddle.net) or us: europbros@gmail.com.
7. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself: cancel it first.

6. Liability

1. The Game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but do not guarantee constant availability or freedom from bugs.
2. We are not liable for interruptions caused by failures of service providers, your hardware or your connection.
3. These limits do not exclude rights that the law does not allow to exclude, in particular consumer rights.

7. Rights to the Game

The Game, its code, graphics, sounds and name are protected by law. They may not be copied, distributed or used beyond playing without our consent.

8. Changes and contact

1. We will announce significant changes to these terms in the Game in advance. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

3. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
